RETURNS
Generally, custom imprinted items are not-returnable if you have made a grammar, spelling or other error, or just change your mind about your order.

However, if the custom products you receive are not what you ordered, if the goods are flawed, or if we misspell a name that you gave us correctly, then you may return the custom goods for a replacement, within 15 days of receiving them, and we may expedite your replacement where possible.


Please notify us before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately, and because not all goods will need to be returned to receive a replacement.
